The SME sector as well as corporates both have unique challenges. On the one hand most companies in the SME sector tend to be owner driven. While the owners on the strength of their own abilities are able to scale a business to a certain level, the need to be process driven starts plaguing them and stops them from scaling further beyond a point. This starts hindering them in several ways from raising funds, to managing customer relationships to even hiring the right talent that is needed.

On the other hand Corporates tend to be process driven. However managing the vast pool of talent that they have across all levels especially at the frontline management and middle management levels start becoming huge challenges.

Keeping these in mind, our Founder Mr.Arun Harihar Rao founded TTS Coaching in 2017 with an objective to support SMEs and Corporates in their growth journey. Over the years, TTS Coaching has served hundreds of SME business owners and corporates towards this end.
